I went to BetterMed for a COVID active infection test. Online booking is simple, but availability is a little tricky. But I stayed diligent and checked often and got a test appointment. Their procedure is clear and minimized my time in the clinic. I felt safe and clean and the test was easy and results came back in 15 min. The nasal swab is irritating, but not painful and the rapid results are the best part. I’d recommend BetterMed to anyone, anytime! The staff was all attentive and friendly and professional.

I had an appointment for unexplainable bruising on abdomen , Nurse did vitals , provider came in and looked at my bruise and sent me to ER. I recevied a $96 bill for this. which I paid.
