Great staff, thorough covid procedures

Did a rapid COVID test and it was a smooth and efficient experience.

We waited two hours for a scheduled Covid testing appointment in our car. When we asked why there was such a delay, we had a very rude staff member (young thin with blonde hair in a bun and black scrubs) explain their location still sees “urgent” pts too. Interestingly enough, a patient with no appt entered after our arrival and was discharged before we were ever seen. He expressed his disapproval of the rude staff in the parking lot and told us he was there because his knee was injured. That pt should not have taken precedent over an appointment. We have gone to Better Med for years. We no longer will recommend Better Med. The day before my appt, my son sat in the parking lot for 1.5 hrs for his scheduled appt. This made us realize this wasn’t a single event, but how that location is being managed. When I began to share my experience w friends, I heard similar stories. I called the main location to verbalize my concerns and was never called back. Truly disappointing and no way to run a business.

They have a top notch staff that are very professional! I would recommend them without hesitation!
