Handled the covid test very well.

Worse customer service in the area!

Literally, the phlebotomist drew my blood without putting on a mask. Said she forgot. Even then did not put one one. Absolutely shocked.

Clean, friendly, took the time to explain test results and answer any questions, and had a nice sense of humor, too!

I found the staff (at Fredericksburg location) - both on the phone and in-person, to be friendly - which is noteworthy because I called many labs trying to find out where I can get a covid test that would be acceptable for my international travel so that I could reunite with my family. When I arrived in person, they seemed to have good safety procedures in place, and the rapid test was quick and easy, with the results delivered by a doctor, in case I needed to talk to him. Very pleased.

It was my second visit with a very sore shoulder. PA Kelley refilled a prescription but went an extra step and gave me pages of exercises that did the trick! My shoulder is on the mend ! Thank you!

We used this location for a PCR Covid test required by my son's school. They were very professional and ran on time. I would use them again and recommend this location.
