I gave the tester a number for the results to be faxed. She said they cannot fax results, which caused me to make calls to the facility to figure out another way, which took two more calls. When the nurse came in with the results, I commented that I couldn't believe they couldn't fax the results! She very nicely said that of course they can fax them and she did! It just made the process much more stressful than it needed to be! Otherwise it went very smoothly and hopefully now it won't happen to anyone else.

I went for a scheduled covid test and was triaged by phone in my car. Then I waited 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time to be escorted to a room for testing which took another 30 minutes. I had a driver, expecting the test to be short. Other the unexpected length of the visit, everything was perfect as usual, from.staff to facility.

The staff here were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and our exposure to others was limited.

The staff was polite but I was there for more than 2 hours for an xray.

Able to get Rapid COVID testing here when couldn’t elsewhere. However had to wait in car for over 45 min before called in to be seen. Nice personnel at all levels of process with timely follow-up on results.

Poor customer service.

The staff was very professional each in their respective positions. Doctor took the time to provide me with additional information.

Very efficient and friendly check in process, nurse and doctor. I highly recommend this location! It was a much better experience than going to my primary care doctor (who wouldn’t allow me to schedule an appointment because it has been 5 years since I had been there and was therefore considered a “new” patient.)
