Preregistration was easy and when I called from the parking lot almost an hour early for my appointment, they took me almost right away! Everyone was gracious and very pleasant.

AMAZING! I am traveling to Alaska tomorrow with my twin brother and he was able to complete his rapid antigen Covid test today. I have been trying for three days to get an appointment as well and the staff (front desk registration) went above and beyond to get me an appointment. I called 10 clinics but could not get an appointment. As I was making my way to visit another clinic (all while still trying to book an appointment at other locations), they suddenly called me asking if I was still in the area (I’ve been traveling from NC for a beach trip to DC where I live). They informed me that they were able to get me an appointment and see me instantly. With their extraordinary dedication to help me, I am able to travel with my twin brother and spend our 30th birthday in Alaska! Thank you so much!

Staff is very nice and friendly which you dont often find. And they never act as if they are in a hurry. They take tone to listen. These are the big reasons I go to BM.

Your staff was great. I saw a PA and he was awesome. He left no stone unturned. He made sure all tests were done to rule out anything serious with my heart or a possible blood clot.
