7 AM and the lady who logged me in was very friendly and nice, Efficient. MRI was on time and Angela was very nice and helpful.

BetterMed is always super clean and efficient. Staff is positive and offers excellent care. My family requests to go to BetterMed when we need medical attention.

We were asked to e-mail our driver licenses and insurance cards ahead of time, which we did a couple of days before our appointment. When we arrived they did not find them. Also when we phoned to get our results, we got always the messages that mail box was full. The people on the premises were very friendly.

I scheduled a Covid exam online and the process was efficient. One improvement I might add would be to direct to a location that had available appointments. I was required to go to each location to see availability. My experience once the appointment began was very educational and ran smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and attentive.

Getting scheduled and testing process was great. Results ready in 2 days. Got the call with results. Returned the call. Young lady paused for a moment after I Gave her my info. She said please wait a moment. Thoughts go raising through your head. . Held for 15 minutes. Called back 5 times. No answer . Finally decided to check on line to see if results were posted. They were and thankfully was negative.
