Smooth process. Great staff.

We were very pleased with our visit. Everything went smoothly and was handled in a professional and effective manner. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I have usually given 5 stars to BetterMed in the past, but my most recent visit, a scheduled appointment, doesn't rate that. I was kept on hold for 14 1/2 minutes, waiting for someone to question me before I was allowed in the building. I believe new front office procedures are called for.

Helped me with what I needed.

I was told that I was having a test for kidney stones by one Dr and then two days later got a call from another Dr and he told me there want an urine test for them! Geez get on the correct page! Upon talking to number two dr, it was decided that due to family history, more than likely it was diverticulitis.

Excellent staff, I highly recommend BetterMed.

The staff was very informative and efficient. Went in for COVID testing and was made to feel safe and secure. The front desk staff was courteous, the nurse was reassuring and the NP was equally reassuring. Within 15 minutes I was given my test results. I would definitely return for any urgent care needs.
