The nurse and person who opened the door for me were very nice and professional. The person who picked up my call on the other hand wasn’t. She said I never sent her a copy of my insurance card and didn’t give my credit card number per the email sent and I explained I did not receive an email other than a confirmation email for my appointment.

I was very impressed with how quickly & smoothly the process went for me to get a quick COVID test. Everything was handled very easily from starting my appointment online, to calling once I was there, waiting in my vehicle, and then going to an exam room where a nurse immediately performed the test, and I had results in minutes. The doctor was very kind and chatted with me for a while, too. I will gladly recommend this place!

Your website says $189 for a self pay Covid test. I was charged over $400. Y’all are criminal and I will never visit here again. Received reply 18 days ago. Still haven’t heard from billing. You definitely deserve this one star.

I had an appointment for a COVID-19 test. They were efficient and I didn’t have to wait long. The test wasn’t bad at all! I got the rapid test and had my results in 25 minutes! It was easy and painless! I would go there again in a heartbeat!
