I went to the office to obtain a covid-19 rapid test. I spoke to both the receptionist and the other patient that was with one of the receptionist and her minor son. the receptionist that was on duty for the covid19 test advised that she was the only person handling this part of the process rudely requesting my insurance information I advised her that I completed the insurance information via email along with my driver's license rudely again she states that the email address had been change prior and they could not retrieve my information so i would have to resubmit the information I asked how she states go home or do it on your mobile phone. I said I do not know how to accomplish this I am not that savvier with my phone she asked me to exit the building and she would call me. so approximately five minutes later the phone rings I hear her voice and then the call dropped. Now let me be honest I was a little hot so I walked into the office and said in a tone why did you hang up on me she stated that she had not even call me. ok so now I have to keep in mind that there is a minor in the office and I will not act up in front of any minor children so I caught myself. I stated ok cool I will not go back and forth with you and she began to yell I am not going back and forth with you as well. So I exit the building again approximately 15 minutes later she called me asked me if i wanted her to help me complete the registration again using my mobile phone I stated no she said then I would have to self pay I stated ok cost $189.00 and then she stated rudely that I had to give permission for Better Med to keep my credit card on file. Which is a HIPPA violation however I did agree. After I got past the receptionist when I went through the doors it was like I left where the people say Satin lives and I arrive in Heaven. I will not be going back to any of your facilities again the experience was too dramatic one of my colleagues tested positive for the virus and I was very concerned first impressions are really important by the back end of your facility was a gets a 5 star rating however the rent end gets a negative 1000

Scheduling and appointment were great. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. The only problem I had was that they reported my results in the wrong place somehow. I got them a day late, and then only because I contacted them about the delay. This caused me an extra day out of work.

The front desk was very helpful to help me check-in. And the doctor and nurse were very nice

Everyone was very nice. Their process was very Covid safe and easy. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

The staff was curious an accommodating. They took the time to explain the test an how it was oing to be administered.

It was very easy to sign up on line, fast and all was as promised, very professional. All great except for one thing. I would have given a 5 star, except for this. The clinic had no office stamp with name and address for my "proof of covid 19 test" form for Japan immigration. The nurse said "But we are giving you our form." That is fine, but Japan requires their form to be filled out (takes 2 minutes, and your nurse did fine), and signed (she did) and then requires the stamp or seal of the clinic. For all they knew at immigration when I arrived Japan, I could have filled out their form. I showed them your form, but they could not believe a legitimate clinic did not have a stamp of some kind to put on their form. Thankfully I finally convinced them and got in. My wife goes to you for hers next week to get back into Japan. Shall I have her make you a simple clinic name and address stamp at Staples and donate it to you? No, you should have such a stamp. Please!
