Easy, professional

Unfortunately I’ve been sick a lot recently and have had post surgical complications. The staff has been so kind and patient with me. They remember me and are able to build on each interaction. It’s so nice to have people who listen and sympathize when you’re sick and upset.

The process was seamless and fast and the staff was extremely nice!

Office was very clean, staff was very nice - but the NP who came to see me with my test results made me feel as if I shouldn't have bothered with getting a COVID-19 rapid test since she thought my exposure level was low-risk. While I appreciate the feedback of a medical professional I shouldn't have to explain why I'm getting a test or for what reasons I felt it necessary to get one. I have a 79 year old father, I'm around people with immune deficiencies, it was work-mandated - the reason shouldn't be important, the fact I'm getting one to protect those around me is.
