I was highly impressed with my visit. The entire office went above and beyond to help accommodate me. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. When I called he told me to come inside and I was unprepared as I thought the covid tests were done in the parking lot. I had my two small children with me in the car and they allowed me to pull behind the building to receive care. The provider came out in the cold to perform my covid test and check my oxygen/blood pressure/temperature and listen to me with a stethoscope. They were so kind and really helped to make a stressful time easier. I can’t rave about them enough. So thankful for their help!

Everyone was friendly. I came in for a Covid-19 test. When the nurse checked my heart rate it was fluctuating between 140-144. She asked if I was nervous and I said a little. She gave me a minute to breathe and try to relax. My heart rate was still high and we continued with testing. The nurse was very kind and so nice while testing me. Before I left I asked the nurse if I should be concerned about my heart rate and she said no.

I went for a COVID test after my mother and sister tested positive! I had been quarantining and was going to until the 14 days since exposure was up, but I am a college student so I’m young and everyone just seemed kind of rude and condescending to me, I definitely did not feel welcome. It was nice to get a test and results so fast, but not a great patient care experience. Just because I’m in college does not mean I’m being reckless with this virus.

Staff was friendly. They were running about 30 minutes behind but they apologized, kept me informed of my position in the que and processed me quickly once they took me in.
