The PA I saw was very knowledgeable about sinus infections and the correct treatments! I have an autoimmune disorder that complicates my treatment. But, he was spot on with treatments and recommendations!

My husband and I were down with Covid for almost 3 weeks. We ended up going to the BetterMed in Chester on 3 occasions to get tested. We also had 3 telehealth visits from your doctors. I have to say your team was excellent every step of the way. Your healthcare workers were nice, helpful and went out of their way to help us when we were at our sickest. Thank you!

All good except was told it was up to me which covid 19 test to get knowing I was only symptomatic for 24 hours. Told the results were the same. Did the rapid and it was negative. Since my husband tested positive with the same symptoms the day before, I choose to have to pay for a second test, the PCR. IT was positive. I think knowing I had only had symptoms for a short time, the PCR should have been recommended. Plus the PA who took the sample for the PCR really got in deep to my sinuses for the sample. The first nurse to gather a sample didn’t go in as far or swab as long if that made any difference. Glad I opted for the second test because I was told I was fine and could return to work and could come back if I continued having symptoms.
