Excellent care and concern for my worries. Very organized during the registration process and nice people. I appreciated the constant communication on what was happening. A good experience all around. Being in healthcare myself, I am quite sensitive to how patients are treated. I felt very good about my experience. Great Job!

Your system to get an appointment is absolutely frustrating and absurd. My initial time was an appointment for 11;58. By the time I entered by DOB and answered the other questions and hit CONFIRM, I received a message that the time slot had been taken. I had to CLEAR the screen and start over entering the same information I had previously entered. Again, by the time I hit CONFIRM, I received a message that the time slot was taken. It took me SIX (6) attempts before I was able to get an appointment which was set for 5:12 PM. I arrived before my appointment time, but was not called until 5:50. Once I got into the facility, the personnel were very efficient and conducted the testing and consultation very professionally.

The staff at BetterMed was super nice and very professional. My only complaint is that I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time.

Simon is an outstanding practitioner. He listened carefully to the description of symptoms, responded with concern and compassion, thoroughly assessed my area of concern, ordered the appropriate tests, immediately treated suspected conditions, and followed up with results.
