This wS my first time there and was treated with smiles a day respect. Everyone was very very knowledgeable.

I had a walk-in COVID test. It took about 15 minutes after an hour wait in my car. Thankfully the result was negative. The Mechanicsville location was very helpful.

Urgent care personnel were great. Medical services were provided in a timely manner.

I expected to have a long wait, but I was surprised...there were very few people waiting and I was seen within a short time. Everyone I dealt with, receptionist and the physician was personable and professional and within a short time I was treated and released. The co-pay was higher than if I had gone to my PCP but cheaper than the ER.

Thanks team for a quick, easy, clean, safe test. You guys were so nice and friendly. I was terrified of the test and the results. You showed compassion. I made the mistake of going to CVS Minute Clinic for my 2nd testing. Big mistake. It was a mess and I was just another body/number. Better Med was so much "BETTER"! Thank you!
