The staff up front were very friendly and took care of our registration and check in time in a timely manner. Our wait time was probably10 min. max. The nurse and PA were very friendly and treated our issue quickly and informed us of everything they were doing. Total visit time 45 min. Definitely recommend them again.

I had a nasty wound in my elbow from a fall-after checking in, a nurse and NP? saw me, dressed my wound, gave me a tetanus shot, a prescription, and bandage material, all within about 30 minutes. I am very grateful for the care that I received from all. This was at the BetterMed Urgent Care on Route 3 near Chancellor's Village, Fredericksburg.

I waited in my car patiently to receive a COVID test, they called me, I was told to go in room 10 without supervision. I entered building, walked up to room 10, open door and jumped in surprise as there was a gentleman sitting in there without a mask on. It scared me so much I closed the door quickly. I went to the front desk and told them what had just happened. They apologized and sent me back to my car to wait for another room. This was an upsetting situation for me and the other gentleman in the room.

On January 15, 2021, I had an appointment at the Mechanicsville site. Everyone was professional and answered any questions that I had. The medical staff made me fill very comfortable.
