Truly great experience!!! From beginning to end! All involved were extremely caring from the phone registration representative, to the receptionist, to the nurse, to the provider, Simon. I felt extremely safe and extremely well cared for. All of my needs and questions were met and I was in and out in 20 minutes (or less). Thank you BetterMed!!! You all are amazing!! I will not be going anywhere else!

My son had symptoms for COVID. The process to get a appointment was safe and social distancing was really enforced. The results came fast.

My only complaint is that I waited for a half hour in my car for a COVID test that took 15 seconds

I came in for a COVID test. I was amazed that I was able to get in a couple of hours after I called. Arrived early and was ushered straight in. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Understanding the nature of the COVID testing, I knew it would take two or three days to get results. I did have to finally call after not hearing anything after four days. Overall, my experience with BetterMed was very good.

The process of requesting a medical service (COVID-19 test) from BetterMed Urgent Care was easy and straight forward. The tip to acquiring an appointment (calling after 12 midnight for an appointment the next day) was very handy; well worth the time spent after midnight. The staff was very thorough and adhered to safety measures in being tested. The PA was very thorough in the follow-up interview. Thanks for being there.
