Counsoler is helpful. Just had video and audio issues when using the website for video chats.

I was struggling with trust for 2 years and really needed counselling. I was hesitant at first, wondering if it would have the same effects as in-person counselling - but it absolutely does in the way that it lifts all the burdens off your mind, and the counsellor I was paired up with was open, kind and gave me tons of clarity. I only chose to do one month with BetterHelp and that is because that is all I need! It only took 4 sessions to cover 2 years of confusion and mental stress. BetterHelp is a lot less expensive than in-person counselling, and it's honestly a great tool that provides counselling during COVID19. I highly recommend.

I recommend this site to my own patients I am a Family doc living in a rural area. I recognize that counseling is essential to our mental health but it is sometimes difficult to travel an hour to see someone. I am using BetterHelp for my own wellness and I routinely recommend it to my patients.

Very good experience.

My counselor was suited to my needs and she was always there for me. We could always message back and forth between sessions and our sessions over the phone were so valuable for me. I found that when I have a session every week, the service is very affordable and the counseling is certified and comparable to my experience with in person counselors. During a pandemic, this service has been so easy to use and beneficial for me. My counselor has helped me through my mental health and my relationship issues with friends and family and people from my past. She was very empathetic and helped me to develop good coping mechanisms and practical strategies for day to day life. My mental health has never been better since talking with my counselor through BetterHelp!

If you want to get a refund because the time confusion you would never get !!!! Besides the therapists never reply the messages........do not trust this website!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!
