I am immensely impressed with this company! I have suffered from poor mental health for many years due to multiple traumas in childhood and as an adult. I have had counselling with many providers but they were all short term and therefore of limited benefit. Long term private counselling was not an affordable option for me. BetterHelp were able to offer discounted services which was more affordable in my current circumstances. I connected with a couple of counsellors before finding a great match with Georgina who is amazing. It is easy to change counsellors if those you select initially are not a good fit. In addition to the weekly 1:1 sessions by video call I can message my counsellor any time and she will get back to me when she is available. I have also benefitted for numerous classes and group sessions which are included. BetterHelp are helping me get my life back!

This is a review of the customer support from Betterhelp. After the therapist was a no show, I got zero empathy and no sensitivity from the customer service email. Hopefully, my assigned therapist will change my view of this platform but so far it’s been a bad experience
