BetterHelp is the perfect 21st century solution to problems with therapy. They make it easy to be placed with a therapist, and help you to switch if you desire to. They also have exceptional customer support, that will help you understand which plan could be right for you. Essentially, Better Help takes all the trouble out of therapy to provide you with consistent, timely care when you need it.

BetterHelp offers a flexible counseling service through various media platforms and provides patient-tailored treatment through psychotherapy. Highly recommend for the busy professional and especially helpful during COVID-19 safety protocols.

I love better help. It has been life changing for me. It's so much cheaper than any other therapy I've tried, and so much better! You choose the qualities of your therapist, and you do it all from home! It has totally changed my life for the better

My therapist was good, she was thoughtful and caring, but everything was always rushed. Sessions are only half an hour which dosen't give you time to get to the actual problem. My internet service is quite good, I never have trouble with other apps, but with Betterhelp calls were often dropped. Betterhelp asks you to give them feed back after every session, which I did, but they never followed up with me on any of my bad reviews. I have cancelled the service, I'll figure out out on my own.

I found Betterhelp in August this year whilst going through a number of personal challenges. The platform not only allows access to weekly counseling, it also provides access to other resources such as webinars, seminars and other tools to help you improve your own life. I am thankful, grateful and very impressed with Betterhelp's platform. It allows me access when I need it and I can connect from the comfort of home.

Its suchs a great experience because i can do it from anywhere or not have to go out. My therapist is a great person who knows to listen and feel confident. She’s very quick at replying whenever she can. Whenever i feel like i need to message her i can and i dont necessarily need to wait for my video session, i cam just message her and she replies as fast as she can.
