On the whole, very helpful. I had to try a few counselors to find a good fit, but I am so happy I've hung in there.

I signed up for BetterHelp just for assistance in one area of my life. Seeing the options offered had me deciding to give it a go. I was assigned a great counselor and I habe already attended a group session they call groupinars. The ease of contacting my counselor along with the group sessions provided has kept me as a member. This is a wonderful program.

Betterhelp it's amazing therapy platform. I've been using it since March and I wish I found it sooner. I love that I can be in the comfort of my own home and meet with my therapist every week and the customer service is amazing. If financial assistance is something you need they are happy to help and I greatly appreciate that.

I would like to say that I’ve done therapy before and it’s honestly pretty hard to find a therapist you mesh with. Using BetterHelp is great because there’s a questionnaire asking you what your preferences are. My therapist and I matched perfectly and I’m very pleased with exercises resources and insight mine has given me.
