BetterHelp was a great aid in a difficult time. I have been looking for a therapist for years, and was finally able to find a stellar therapist who met my needs within days of signing up for BetterHelp. It helped that I knew exactly what I was looking for: a therapist who was compassionate, insightful, intuitive, and empathetic. It is very easy to get help from the staff at BetterHelp; every concern I had with the program was quickly addressed and they encourage feedback. 5/5 stars.

I didn't expect this site to be so professional, but it really is. It matched me with a great therapist. It sends me reminders about my sessions. The site manager reaches out periodically (through email) to make sure I'm satisfied with my experience. And if the match doesn't work, you can request a new therapist at the click of a button. Also, I really enjoy the fact that I can message my therapist any (and every) day of the besides the weekly live session. And I can always go back and read the messages to get a better understanding of what they said. In my opinion, this is the best format to do therapy.

I feel so empowered and have taken away so much from my counselor. I love that BetterHelp is reliable and trustworthy and easily accessible. It makes taking care of your mental health easy!

In previous years I have tried counseling and as a single mom, making all the appointments was very stressful on top of an already stressful situation. Better help is an amazing program. When I started up the process was rather quick and I was placed with a therapist who not only specialized in what I needed while also fitting my comfort parameters. Every session has been convienant, I get to choose if it's a call, video or in text. And every session has been very impactful and positive. The webinars are also awesome. They offer a variety of topics to get the most out of your time on there. Very worth it!!!!!

I have gone for counselling in-person before. Although that's always the ideal kind of counselling, I have learned that it was hard to find a compatible counsellor. That is why I chose betterhelp. It helped me shop around for the best match for a counselor for me. I have had my counsellor for 2 years now and developed a good patient/counsellor relationship with her! I'm really grateful for this app.
