Betterhelp is a website that allows you take control of your therapy. You make the schedule on when you have it and where you have it. There is no need to drive anywhere. I also love that I can not only just physically talk, but I can type. There are many different ways to write to your counselor to help you through. This has really helped me make myself feel like myself and learn more about me.

Better help is a great and simple way to access counseling. I was able to message my Therapist anytime I felt my emotions bubbling over instead of having to wait weeks to see someone face to face. Messaging helped me be authentic and raw versus the fake composure I may have enacted in a face to face meeting. This is the future of therapy!

Living alone during 2020 had been challenging for my mental health, and after an ending of a relationship and a particularly low point, I sought help through Betterhelp. I hadn't done counseling before but I had a strong feeling that my first counselor was a good fit based on her experience and wisdom. Because of her goal-oriented approach and encouragement, I have seen my symptoms decrease and when they come back I am confident that I have tools to deal with them. I love that Betterhelp makes counseling so accessible and the video chats and technology make it easy to stay connected.

Awful! Counselors were not for me and it wouldn’t give me new options no matter what I selected as my issues, there is no way all of those people specialize In everything you say you council for. Terrible website. Very disappointed.

I never would have sought counseling in person. I told myself I’d leave immediately if it was bogus. The professional I was connected with has been caring, sincere, & human. She hasn’t lied to me about my path to feeling better. I have hope!
