Best therapy ever. Everything is customized to fit my needs from the therapist to the type of appt. Reasonably priced and they do a wonderful job at matching therapists. There are loads of resources for you to use and group sessions to educate yourself on different topics. I'd be lost without betterhelp, it was my last ditch effort for therapy and it literally saved my life.

Hit a wall after 4 years with current healthcare provider. Taking the step for BH account was a nothing to lose decision... My counselor was very different and not only addressed today, she drove deep into my past. Walked through my life story.... and generated a level of self reflection that changed my life. Gave me an understanding of how I didn’t suddenly break... I have a life long pattern... I now understand the “why” part of my issues, this allowed me to see this pattern and understand it and recognize it. Most of the time these are mosquitoe bites and go unnoticed , but over the last 4 years... it was a swarm of “murder hornets”. Not seeing the interrelationships it was overwhelming... but seeing it as just one root cause..... wow. So much simpler.... I have not been this “normal” in a long long time.... I will never forget my counselor and the Butt kicking she game me was what I really needed. Choosing BH was worth every penny!

I am so happy I decided to go with BetterHelp. I heard about it through a Christian Dating podcast a while back, but I put it off for too long. So glad I stuck with it. I especially liked BetterHelp's thoughtful survey they want you to fill out when trying to match you with a counselor. There are so many factors I didn't consider that they asked my preference for. This thoughtful process led me to being matched with a great therapist with whom I absolutely love. I am so grateful.
