Effective therapy on your own time.
Appreciate the service this company provides. I wanted to enroll in therapy but do not have a consistent schedule so the flexibility and easy to use app provides live therapy but on a flexible schedule! I can easily message my counselor for in the moment sessions or be given worksheets for behavior changes. I look forward to continuing the service!

Excellence, Empathetic and Kind Helpfulness with no judgement!
My experience with BetterHealth has been nothing but positive. My counselor respects my thoughts, boundaries and is totally dedicated to helping me. As a professional counselor myself, seeking help was an avenue I'd never thought about going down. However, circumstances change in everyone's life, and here I am. Very grateful and thankful for Norma's help and gracious attitude. If you even think you might need help, DO IT! Life is too short and too precious not to!

I was charged $260 for December and…
I was charged $260 for December and only had one session for 30 mins with David, in January I had 2 sessions for 30 mins each and was charged $260. How is that possible ? I was told each session would be $65

Great, affordable therapy
My experience with Better Help has made such an important difference in my life. Quick access to affordable therapy was the main attraction for me and I have not been disappointed. The financial aid option has meant that I have gotten access to the help I needed when I needed it most. The team is always there at the end of an email to help and my counsellor has been wonderful. Thank you.
