My first 3 weeks have helped me sort out my thought and feelings through the Groupinars, journaling and individual counselor setup. I've only scheduled 1 live session with my counselor and the video never would work. It was my choice to wait a couple of weeks before starting video sessions with my counselor in order for us to have time to get to know one another via the journal and worksheet features before speaking verbally. The reason for a star instead of 5 is because of the video not work. If we can get that part working next time, I will try to change my review to five stars. It helps me immeasurably to know that my counselor actually takes time to read my journal entries and to respond thoughtfully. Well- we got the video to work, so I updated my review to 5 stars.

BetterHelp has been a huge help during the stay-at-home orders during COVID-19. I could not be happier to have found it, and am so happy to continue this even after we get back "normal". Finding different therapists to see who I feel the most comfortable with has been so easy and I have found someone now who I look forward to talking with every week. Cannot recommend this platform more!

It has been great i love my therapist. She was matched with me on the first try. I hove it 4 stars because every time i have a video session there is a problem.

I have had three sessions and in all of them I have discovered a lot of good things about myself, the counselor is a good listener and is helping me a lot to find many ways to improve. I am happy with these sessions.

The application is easy to use. They connect you with your counselor based on the information you give them. So far I have had a great experience with my counselor. She is in-tune and you can tell that she cares and is invested and interested in my healing process.

I was struggling with some past issues and not understanding why in my 50's would I now be struggling. So i reached out and its amazing the clarity I have received in reaching out to professionals that can short thru things and give you a new perspective.

Betterhelp is a great, cost-friendly way to get help during the pandemic. The survey when you sign up asks a lot about what you want to work on and the style of therapy that interests you and does a really good job matching you up with someone that you'll work well with. The groupinars are also a really great resource.

I am so happy with my counselor I was matched to on BetterHelp! I feel so comfortable and vulnerable opening up which has given me the most out of my total counseling experience.
