I came to BetterHelp through my company's EAP service. I was not sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised! The platform was so easy to use and I really like the journal integration and flexibility in options presented for sessions. The counselor I was paired with was very professional, insightful, and thougtful.

Excellent service, brilliant really. At first I found it a little awkward, getting counseling online, but after the first couple sessions, it was totally fine. I grew to respect my counselor and looked forward to our visits. She's very bright, compassionate, and insightful. The price is right, too. I highly recommend this service!

Very helpful for working on yourself and they match you with a therapist who is specialized in your area.

BetterHelp has been so easy for me to use and work on my feelings/emotions. My therapist provides me with a listening ear and proactive exercises and worksheets to stay on top of me mental health.

BetterHelp has been a fantastic way of finding and connecting with a counselor on my time. I have a weekly video chat and send messages or journal entries in between when I need to. My counselor has been able to approach and bring to the surface things that have been difficult for me to explore. Our discussions have lifted a weight off and I'm always finding more. The unbiased lens on myself has been invaluable and I'd highly recommend that everyone have a regular conversation with a counselor.

Signing up with this app is the greatest decision I've made. BetterHelp connected me with the most amazing counselor! I would have never been able to see her IRL bc of distance but boy did I score big time on this app. I love all the features of the app. I can message my counselor any time! She gets a lot of info this way and we can focus more on the most important things during our live sessions. I also love all the groupinars offered and real mental health info in the articles. I know I'm getting trustworthy info. I'm making huge progress! Can't recommend it enough!

Just a fair balance support system, Seems tailored to your needs. Smart but not bs and very real people! I'm very impressed actually.

The "concept" of Better Help is good. But, I gave it three chance and ultimately struck out. I was either berated and dropped for speaking plain, felt marginalized because of my opposing political leanings, or just wasn't communicated with sufficiently enough. The support via "contact us" did what they could but "Better Help" needs better help, and better, more open minded, less political comparisons, and more psychological focus that actually communicate at a level commensurate with expectations that should be realistically, and specifically spelled out instantly.
