I started using BetterHelp because I had just finished cancer treatment and my anxiety was extremely high. I have had ongoing problems with anxiety since a young age. The therapist I was paired with is very very skilled. She helped me to find a way to manage living post-cancer treatment. She also helped with my day-to-day anxiety. I actually have days where I am not anxious which is something I have never experienced before. I really think BetterHelp is a very strong avenue for seeking help and receiving high quality care.

Betterhelp has treated me really well. I've been on the app about 3 months and have a good 1 month under my belt with my 2nd counselor which was very easy and quick to switch. Having the chat ability was my number one feature to maximize time in my live sessions. I can just journal all my thoughts throughout the week, share with my counselor, and they will have most of the context before our live session starts.

BetterHelp was easy to use and setup my profile and then within minutes finding a legitimate psychologist to speak with. I appreciate the online format with video chatting and option to also directly message your therapist. I feel I got lucky with my therapist Joy and am grateful for the BetterHelp service to facilitate our sessions.

I was matched with a counselor pretty much immediately, and she has helped me tremendously in a very quick manner. I'm very happy with the services provided and have recommended it to others as well.

BetterHelp’s site was quite easy to navigate and set up in order to seek help on my journey to better mental health. That ease was pivotal in being able to get the help I need. If the site had been difficult to maneuver through, it may have deterred me for going any further. The responses were veery timely and I was paired with someone right away. I feel as though BetteHelp is quite thorough in considering your personal input in order to pair you with a fitting therapist. The option of being able to switch to a more suitable therapist is a great feature, although in my case I did not find the need. My therapist is wonderful. I would definitely recommend BetterHelp to any who seeks to improve their mental health and need the convenience of meeting anywhere since it’s phone or video chat. Additionally having the benefit of communication anytime and anyplace through message is something I find extremely helpful.

I got matched with a licensed professional in under 48 hours. This is super affordable for me. The professional who is helping me is caring. I've really improved in the areas I was worried about. This is very convenient for me.

I love Better Help! It has absolutely gotten me out of some of my darkest hours! The counselors are super attentive and being able to chat and spew out your thoughts 24/7 in the chat option or by journaling is extremely helpful when you’re like me and sometimes go blank when the time of the scheduled session comes. 10/10 better than traditional therapy

I am so happy with Better Help. Their platform is very user friendly, they are highly effective with counselor assignment (but you can always pick another counselor if you don't like the one that's assigned to you), and it's budget friendly. As somebody who is from a small town and doesn't have access to much, this has made it possible for me to get the support that I need! I'd give more than 5 stars, if I could!
