Better help has been a wonderful experience so far. The group of wonderful experts are always ready to render their services when needed with time flexibility. I had a very good verbal communication with my counselor, who was always ready to listen to my mental health concerns and in subsequent sessions, the follow-up was good. There has been a lot of improvement for me concerning social anxiety.

Who knew online therapy would be a thing? It sure does work! I jumped in and trusted the matching system and honestly was a bit surprised at how far off it seemed. However....I was wrong and it was very right. My counselor was a perfect fit, so supportive and very inspiring. Scheduling, and the inevitable rescheduling, was easy enough and the online platform is nice, super easy to use on the laptop or phone. This was worth investing in myself for a few months (that will last a lifetime) to get my sparkle back during these difficult times. I never thought I would do therapy. So glad I did. I even recommended this to my mom, it's that easy and helpful.

BetterHelp is the best service I could have signed myself up for. I like not having to give up an arm and a leg to pay for a therapist for only once a month, and being able to send messages to my counsellor any time. Also the choice of not having to go out in person makes a huge difference for me. I love being able to have sessions from the comfort of my own bedroom, or for wherever I may be. My counsellor Tonja listens and takes the time to message me when I don’t respond or it’s been a couple of days since we last talked. She has tried different therapy styles to find something that will best suit my needs and really makes an effort to ensure that my concerns are being addressed. BetterHelp is such an amazing option.

I had a very poor experience with BetterHelp. The counselor that was assigned to me had a very limited schedule for having sessions. I had to cancel our second session due to something that came up, and when I looked to reschedule this session, my counselor was not available for another NINE days. I did schedule for this day, but my counselor did not show up until there was 5 minutes left in the session. Therefore, out of the 4 weeks that I subscribed for, I only had one 30-minute session with my counselor. This is unacceptable and was a complete waste of time and money.

I’m so happy to have found BetterHelp. It’s wonderful to get journaling prompts, be able to share them with my counselor and also be able to be part of the group therapy sessions. They offer many of different topics and if you are unable to watch live you can watch the recording later. You can be as specific as you’d like with what you’d like in your therapist. You can also communicate anytime via chats with your therapists and change therapist anytime if something doesn’t line up with you. I couldn’t not recommend Betterhelp enough.

Scammers!!!!!!! This company has stolen £216 off me!!! I signed up last week for much needed counselling which was to Last 4 weeks. The “counsellor” introduced himself to me. Next day “went on 2 weeks leave”. I didn’t sign in for a few days because I knew he was away, so yesterday I went to Log in with no joy, I tried to Reset my password and got a email saying you don’t have an account with them. Contact them and they said your account has security breach so we closed your account ( without my knowledge). So they have stolen my money and uoto now I can’t get it back. Talk about kicking you when your down!!! Avoid this company at all cost!!!!
