BetterHelp got me connected in 1 day with a really great therapist who was just what I needed. I had multiple sessions with them and will continue seeing them. It's super great!

My experience with betterhelp is positive. I got assigned an amazing counsellor. The resource works well whether it’s through the iOS app or desktop version. The support team is super helpful and I am just grateful for being able to get counselling online. The only downside might be the cost. It might be difficult for some people, including me, to pay 200 euro every month if you are a student or searching for job. But I totally understand the price, I am just saying it would maybe help some people if it was a bit cheaper. I know that kept me from getting help before, the financial side of it. Otherwise I recommend the resource to everyone.

BetterHelp was leaps and bounds a better experience than I anticipated. Their interface is clear and easy to use, I felt very seen by their counselors, and I was incredibly impacted by their resources. Having had bad counseling experiences in the past, I was really nervous to enter in this space, but they delivered far beyond what I expected. I was skeptical about online therapy for a while, because It was my impression that having that "in person" connection with your therapist is an important aspect of therapy. At the end of the day, the most important part is just simply talking to someone. Iv'e found BetteHelp to be convenient and easy to use, and I enjoy talking to my therapist.

This is pretty much the fast food drive-thru of therapy. I am not knocking every therapist on the site as I'm sure there are many that are well qualified. I got the feeling that most are signed up on here to pad their regular incomes, maybe some grocery money. Nothing wrong with that, but it does make you feel like an afterthought. As someone who has experienced a variety of therapists, this just seemed disheartening. Now for my first and last video call...Let's just say I have gotten more therapy standing in line at Stop & Shop than from this therapist. She was seemingly unqualified, a very poor listener and came up with a diagnosis within 30 minutes. This experience alone made me request a refund for the remaining sessions. However, there are a few others that I tried to connect with but offered only texting back and forth. How can this be effective?

My son suggested this site to talk to someone who could help me recover from a very toxic breakup. After putting in my details I was allocated a counsellor. There is an option to change if you want to try someone different. Sessions can be on the telephone or video. There is additional support talks to help you. I would recommend betterhelp to singles or couples

This Is the simplest most effective way to do therapy. They have high quality therapists and it's easy to switch from one to the other if necessary. Their customer service is efficient and gets back to you in a timely manner. Extremely professional on all ends. Great experience! I highly recommend
