Better help has been a great tool
Better help has been a great tool! The system is user-friendly and they have counselors that are very well versed, schedules are flexible and they have a wide range of ways to meet with your counselor!

I did not get what I paid for
I did not get what I paid for. NOT ONE OF MY SESSION WAS ON THE INTERNET. THEY WERE ALL TELEPHONE BECAUSE I COULD NOT SEE MY COUNSELOR. I WAS TOLD IF I DID NOT WANT A SESSION THEN IF I DID NOT PUT IN FOR ONE THEN I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO. COMMUNICATION IS HAPHAZARD. THE SERVICE PLATFORM DID NOT WORK. I DID NOT HAVE THE SERVICE. AND YOU ARE CHARGING ME? THIS IS SO NOT RIGHT. I EVEN REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON BUT WAS DENIED.

We're sorry for any billing confusion that took place here, Caroline, as well as for the fact that we don't currently offer direct phone support. Our Member Success team is available to assist with billing or account-related concerns via email 7 days a week, and should get back to your emails within 24 hours in most cases. It sounds like it may not have been clear that audio/phone sessions are still considered "Live Sessions" on the platform, as you're meeting with the therapist in real time. It also sounds like you also may have had issues connecting with the therapist via video, so you had to complete the session via audio call. In either case, our Member Success team is happy to add time to your subscription to make up for the inconvenience, and they can also help with some troubleshooting! Betterhelp helped me get over breakup and self-reflect on improvement
My counselor at betterhelp was very understanding and gave particular suggestions and homeworks as to cope with the issues I was facing and how to improvise.

BetterHelp has been a great resource for help with some challenges that I have been experiencing. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry about their offerings and kept me posted on finding a counselor that would fit my needs. They are very organized and the counselor I have is very compassionate and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was directed to this doctor because I…need grief counseling
I was directed to this doctor because I needed help with grief. I was not too pleased that I would not be speaking with the doctor but we have been communicated through a "text-like" platform and I have been very pleased with the process. I would recommend this platform as a form of therapy. It has been extremely helpful.
