You are linked to a professional councillor/therapist, and its all online, so you can enjoy the service at the comfort of your own home. Its very affordable, easy to use and the company staff is soo helpful and caring. They are here you help you and they've helped me. And it keep getting better. I love it.

BetterHelp has changed my life. Their algorithm helped me connect with the perfect therapist. The best part was the fact that if you don’t like the system picked therapist, you can change to someone else at anytime. There is also financial aid for those who may need help, but cannot afford the full price. Even without financial aid the prices are significantly cheaper than seeing an outpatient therapist. It’s the best decision I made. My therapist is so attentive to my needs that she sends daily affirmations and resources to accelerate my healing process. I love it!

I signed up for Betterhelp.com for 1 month. I did two calls and found it very unhelpful. I sent in an email requesting a cancellation and a refund of half of the money since it was so difficult to use, schedule times, fill out many forms for multiple people. I thought the account had been canceled. Instead, they did not cancel and did not refund the 1/2 months and continued to charge me for six months. Here are the transaction ids from PayPal. If someone had not logged in a single time in months you would think someone would call me and see what is going on. Not just keep charging someone for nothing like a greedy evil company. They took advantage of me and I want every penny back. I have called and left messages to a service since they do not actually answer the phone. I keep getting only run-around emails saying I need to email from a correct email even though I sent them the same proof I am sending you. They want me to log in to my account but they closed it and when I reset the password, I get nothing. THIS SECOND PART IS WRITTEN ON 9/13/2021 I have not been called a single time. I have sent the exact Paypal account they took the money I did not agree to. I added the exact transaction ids for each item. I get run-around emails saying that unfortunately, they do not call customers. So, just get it that this company is one big scam. They set up zoom calls all day but refuse to speak with an upset customer. Instead of just refunding the money for months where I never even checked in to the website as I thought it had been canceled. They are trying to tell me that I need to send the date of the charge now even though the 16 digit transaction code has everything they need. I have to send 3 more emails, speak with an attorney to get the money back and send a complaint through Paypal resolutions to get my money back. Do not pick this company for anything.........

Some members use the service daily while other choose to use it sparingly, as therapy tends to go at a different pace for most individuals.
