Amazing experience with my therapist and this site.

I came to BetterHelp after seeing my wife have success with the platform and after seeing many of their online video ads. BetterHelp has been a wonderful resource to me for the past year. I put in work to find the right therapist. Before I found the right fit, BetterHelp's customer service always accommodated me by email with very specific concerns. Mental health is a sensitive area of expertise and I'm glad my first experience with an online platform could be this positive.

Therapy on betterhelp is super convenient and extremely helpful. Being able to message your therapist between sessions is very useful. And the journal built into the app is very handy in tracking your thoughts and feelings and if you choose to share it with your therapist, it's as simple as tapping a finger

This platform is an amazing modern way to seek therapy. You can choose how you communicate. I prefer video calls or text. There is no driving to the therapist or waiting in a crowded waiting room. I have social anxiety and limited driving abilities due to loss of vision. I had trouble in the past with driving to appointments. Once i got there my social anxiety kicked in full force and it made the whole experience terrible! With Better Help you have so much more privacy being in your own home. You are able to fully open up to your therapist. Due to this platform and my amazing therapist Sheila, I have been able to overcome so much and begin to finally heal!

BetterHelp makes getting therapy feasible and manageable. I hated trying to find a therapist to visit in person and then try to fit my schedule. I think this is a fantastic outlet and recommend it to everyone.
