BetterHelp has helped me out so much. I didn't realize how much help that I needed until my marriage was falling apart. My counselor was there through everything. Anytime I was at the end of my rope, I could just send her a message and she would get back to me the next time she was online. I could schedule live chats and we could work on what was going on with me and a plan on how to improve. I don't think that I could have handled or even been healthy enough to deal with everything that I have had to deal with in the last 6 months if it were not for BetterHelp.

BetterHelp is a great tool when you are not feeling like yourself. They have skilled therapists who specialize in the area you are struggling. If you do not connect with a therapist you can switch as many times as you want for free. BetterHelp has truly helped me through my problems and helped me look at everything in a better light.

This was a great service that really tries to understand the clients needs and helps them come up with a plan to get the ideas in motion. Then, checking in with the therapist after to talk about the progress.

Therapy has been a financially elusive necessity for me. This makes for a wonderful happy medium, and my Doctor is exactly the breath of fresh air I needed. I love her so much and I'm thankful for this app. Being caribbean, I definitely wanted a Doctor that could understand the cultural aspects and it spins on what would be a normal everyday struggle. The one I was paired with may as well have been made by hand with a sticker that said "for [my name] from Betterhelp"

BetterHelp was a desperate shot in the dark when I unavoidably lost my previous counselor. They matched me quickly, perfectly, have answered me personally when I have a question and are affordable. I am so grateful.

To some extent, people working anywhere are fallible, and there will be less-good employees in every company - hence maybe some of these bad reviews. Personally, I have had a phenomenal time with BetterHelp. I signed up after a difficult time, and less than 24 hours later, I was matched with a therapist who wrote a long, thoughtful response to my entry email. At that point, I chose to pay and continue with this man and since then (over a year ago) we’ve spoken once per week. I can message him every day and get responses, and we have 1hr video calls once per week. Because of COVID, I am on a low income, and this hasn’t changed anything about the service. The therapy I have received via BetterHelp has been life changing, and I recommend it to everyone who is interested in self-development. So reasonable, quick and hassle-free :)

On Better Help I had 3 bad experiences with therapists....in a row. Like I gave it a fair shot, but the quality of therapists on the app is just not good.
