I would encourage anyone no matter how small the issue to big major trauma to download BetterHelp supreme service and they care.. they check into see if your happy with your therapist and you’ve the option of changing it you like to make sure your personalities match with their areas of expertise too… I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I was paired with a fantastic therapist in the first go who I’ve now had 5 sessions with. During this time with lots in flux for me, my therapist is a perfect match. She is patient, thought provoking, and her style is tailor made for me. I didn’t initially think Better help’s initial survey was particularly detailed to match me with a therapist but nonetheless I was paired with a professional SO perfect for me, my issues, and my style. I can’t say enough good things and my life has changed dramatically since having weekly appointments.

I have been very happy with my phone discussions with Charlotte the therapist. She listens carefully, discusses with me what she heard me saying, and shares with me her experiences and thoughts. She gives me suggestions to try. She also helps me set some short range goals.
