It's been a really qualitative and valued experience. In my first week the nuggets given has been a life line and I am looking forward to the rest of the journey.

Their therapist matching worked really well for me. I love my therapist; I feel actually heard and seen and understood. I feel like I'm making progress on the issues I want to improve in my life, that I have better tools to deal with my problems than before therapy. My first session, there was a total site outage right before my first session, which was really upsetting, but on contacting customer support, they gave me a free week to make up for it. I'm really glad I didn't let this event turn me away from Betterhelp. They did what their could to make it right and, as I said, my therapist has been making a big difference in my life.

BetterHelp has been a life changer for me. I look forward to my sessions every single week. Just knowing you have the help gives peace of mind. My therapist listens attentively and teaches me how to handle current and future situations

Orlee, my therapist,is extremely understanding and helpful. Without pushing, she somehow manages to grt me to find the possible roots of my problems and how I might change my attitudes and activities to reach my goals. Nothing seems to shock her and never lets my age (85) deter me from trying to change long-established self-defeating habits-and attitudes.

Great service! So happy to have found it and it was great during the pandemic. We dont always click with a therapist and here we were able to find one miles apart or even straight across the country! The customer service was very helpful too! Thank you betterhelp :)

I am needing adhd coaching. I dont want diagnostic counseling based on my past trauma. I understand that this influences my life decisions but I need tools of a different source. My trauma issues are being treated from a different source.
