This is the worst company ever! Therapists are zero ethical. It seems like they all work for this app because they could NEVER establish themselves anywhere else due to lack of skills. If you truly want to feel better, avoid this app like the plague.

He is compassionate, professional, patient, and truly takes the time to listen without judgment. I always feel heard, respected, and comfortable being completely honest during our sessions. Horrible experience. I got matched with the worst therapist (to be honest, "therapist") I've ever had, wasted a whole hour of my life, and have been trying to get cancel my account and get refunded for unused sessions for weeks now. Their customer service representatives just keep deflecting me, and I'm SO frustrated. Never use this service, it's the absolute worst.

This app and service has so many varieties of groups at various times of the day abd night, making it extremely convenient and they are beneficial as well. I tried 5 groups in my 1st month, and they all had something different to offer. As far as individual therapy, not as plentiful opportunities as the groups but has also been beneficial and professional.

Hi team, There was a withdraw of $75.00 on my Visa account. I did not authorize this, nor am I looking for services. I'm currently no working and almost committed suicide due to all the stress and financial worry. If this could please be refunded to me and take me off any emailing list, it would greatly be appreciated. I am very scared at the moment, as any loss of money for me, at this time, is a lot. App is very easy to use, they are very patient with concerns and seem to create an environment of help and understanding with prompt support and communication.

I was weary about starting therapy again since this is not my first rodeo. I’ve been using this for about 3-4 months and I am finally reaching a break in my mind. My therapist works around the clock with me and is so accessible through this platform. If you want to start therapy, this is a great start but you also have to be willing to put the self work in. It is affordable but they also offer financial aid. This platform is A big deal in my life. Even when you contact help through email, they are very quick.
