Gave personal details and contact information (mobile/email). Told I would be matched with someone and they'd be in touch. They claim to have been in touch but I have no call / text / email.... Have the impression is a data harvesting company. Avoid.

Not worth a penny. My therapist clearly wasn’t listening to me. Her responses didn’t make much sense. Felt like I was talking to a bot, but lowkey AI would’ve been better

The set up is easy and they have multiple plans you can choose from. I left the app for a little because I was going through a financial situation, but coming back was simple and was so happy I still had my same therapist! I truly look forward to my therapy sessions! The tools they give you help approach life differently and you can look back and see your growth. Also we aren't supposed to do life alone so having a place to bring the tough convos and finds ways to get through them or even the good days to have someone celebrate your growth and back it up with their education. Please invest in yourself and do therapy, not because things are going bad but because you want growth. Love yourself, take care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health! You wont regret it 💖☺️

At first I was kind of hesitant to sign up with better help, I was treated with the kindest, most respectful people I think I've ever talked too. If youre considering counseling... Then better help is highly recommended.

Llevo ya tres meses con mi terapeuta, una de las cosas más difíciles de iniciar terapia es encontrar al profesional adecuado y con better help lo logré a la primera. Mi salud mental ha mejorado inmensamente desde que empecé mi tratamiento. Recomiendo 💯 a better help

BetterHelp has been great to work with. My therapist Angela Medina has been wonderful in helping me through my grief process of my wife, who died before Christmas 2025. She has been very helpful in my grief walk.
