A great therapist!

My life was in turmoil and I decided to seek counseling. My therapist David B has been very insightful, he helped me see and recognize my struggles and strength. I always left our session hopeful and invigorated, I’ve developed coping mechanisms for a lifetime. Thank you Betterhelp. Definitely recommended to my friends and family and will keep doing so.

I benefit tremendously from Betterhelp. My therapist is so profesional . The meetings are online, and between meetings there are worksheets and journaling. My therapist is available for questions / reflections all day. she usually answers within an hour. I have been using this service for the last 6 month.

This is a great idea! Therapy on your own time in your own way. Therapists are very knowledgeable and have multiple different approaches and strategies for each individual. No driving anywhere to sit across from someone and feel awkward. It’s very convenient and successful.

So easy to get set up, lots of options of payment support if needed. My therapist is fantastic! The app is so seamlessly designed and offers lots of different options for getting in touch with your therapist. To improve, it would be nice if there were options to not have a session every week without still paying for every week. I’d imagine, that’s why people end up leaving.

I am a therapist on Betterhelp receiving therapy on Betterhelp and my experience was way better than on Talkspace. More quality therapists on my opinion.
