No working service and ignored refund requests
I paid money to get help with our relationship through regain.us - the couples therapy section of Better Help - my partner couldn't login despite following the steps in the email and message and the direction from the therapist. I emailed numerous times and even called America to sort - no emails were responded to and despite people keep telling me someone would call back when ringing no one ever did and I am still owed £185. For a company that is supposed to help this has put much more pressure and stress on our plate. I can confirm no emails have been received in my spam etc from ANYONE on your team - other than automated emails saying I will be got back to in 1-2 working days which never happens.
