Good online program with good therapist.

Betterhelp is therapy that doesn't disrupt your life. I don't have to schedule my entire day around having to go somewhere. I feel so comfortable in my own home. Video chatting makes me feel like we are sitting in the same room. My therapist is amazing and I can't imagine ever not using betterhelp!

Very understanding and helpful company. They go above and beyond to accommodate and ensure people have access to mental health services. I am so grateful for them. Expertise and experience, as well as compassion and care are some of the core qualities I noticed about their company.

When I initially signed up Betterhelp kept me informed throughout while they were locating a suitable therapist. I have plenty of choice of days and times from my therapist to book sessions. I can message my therapist anytime on the Betterhelp platform. The online classes are free. There is a good variety and I have found them interesting and informative. I like they are webinars and not zoom so a camera or microphone is not required. when you sign up for the first class you are given initials by Betterhelp to protect your identity when interacting in the chat box. I also like the classes keep to time, don’t run over and a recording is emailed after and a week to watch it if you missed anything. I tried the group sessions which are interactive on zoom I’m glad I tried it but it wasn’t for me. Betterhelp are easy to contact online and have resolved any questions Ive sent through in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend trying them for flexible therapy that can work around you and a contact method you feel comfortable with.

The easy of the process, the thorough and compassionate Therapist, and the consistent follow-up and pushing to stretch your boundaries. They have helped me push through walls I was never able to before! I would recommend to anyone in need of help. You will not regret it!
