I started seeing a therapist with Better Help. I have had 3 sessions. First sessions the therapist was good but hard to understand personally. So I was able to switch without feeling guilty. I spoke with the new one twice and she is a great listener and we are very much on the same page religiously. One big aspect of the that I really appreciate is beinging able to do this from home. Another amazing is that you get to pick particular qualities about your therapist. Gender, religion, age, experience and there level of education based on there therapy experience. All this TRULY helps when you are trying to be your true self and are healing and growing. Thanks

This app was a great way to connect me to a therapist of color. My therapist is awesome and literally available whenever I need them. It’s a lil pricey but even just one month alone is worth it.
