I've been using the BetterHelp app and working with my therapist Meghan for almost 2 years now. The app is easy to use/ understand and, more importantly, Meghan has been an invaluable support as my life has gone through some major changes. Her consistency can only be matched by her compassion. She is exactly what i was looking for in a therapist and available on my phone. The fact that she is able to be consistent & on my phone is, of course, bc of the company behind it all: BetterHelp. This is what a healthy company focused on health looks like.

It’s a brilliant option for anyone concerned about mental health. One on one sessions are complemented by group sessions too, which is remarkable value for money.

I really really enjoy the system of better help it makes access to therapy so easy and so so so easy to finally find somebody who you truly connect to. I was always against paying for therapy as I couldn’t really afford it but in my situation I was forced to try it out and I’ve loved it since!!! I see so much progress and the flexibility of therapy as in video calls, text messages or even the availability makes it so easy for me to include it to my daily life! Better help even helped me in my difficult financial situation so I could continue with my sessions. I already recommended it to a couple of friends and I can only say this company really wants you to get the help you need and isn’t too focused on their profits!!!

BetterHelp is a great platform in investing the space and energy to develop yourself through therapy, support groups and classes. What drew me to BetterHelp is the non clinical modality. The sheer comfort of having a therapist without the formalities of a clinical atmosphere. To be about to scroll through the different classes each week, it gives me empowerment for my choices. The support groups are very emphatic in that communal environment. As a night shift worker, I am able to get the therapeutic help I need through BetterHelp.

I have received so much information and so much understanding during my therapy with BetterHelp. I had no idea what to expect and am so pleased at the quality of my therapy. I can honestly say that this has helped me cope with a very difficult time in my life and I wish I had started earlier. Easy to schedule times and many options for group and individual sessions.
