Theyve been known to sell data and have horrible wait times. Ive seen so many bad reviews in places that Im surprised they have such a good rating on trust pilot. They are an awful company. I personally think their prices are exorbitant for a completely online company.

Misleading and abusive system. Once you’re in you can’t get out.”cancel anytime” means cancel whenever / if you change your mind. I was charged for 4 sessions upfront before I even started. I thought I could have one session and then continue if I was happy. I am not questioning the quality of therapists because I have been put off before I even got to try one. They have not offered a trial period , they have taken my money and will not refund . The cancellation is only for 6 weeks so I guess in 6 they’ll try to leach more money again ? I don’t think so . What a disgusting shame that companies like this manipulate and mislead people with mental health issues.

I couldn't wish for a better therapist than Michael Leunig. He came at the right time and has now accompanied me through all the ups and downs. He has the wonderful gift of giving strength and comfort. At the same time, he shows me new ways. He questions things and makes me feel seen and heard. I am really very grateful for the help and support that I receive from Michael.

You can fill out your preferences and issues that you have in order to be matched with the best person possible for you, which I really like. It's easy to use as well.
