Easy site and good therapists

Through my university partnership, I have used BetterHelp for four years. I have benefitted tremendously from the quick and reliable access to therapists. I also appreciate that BetterHelp tries to match clients to therapists who meet their needs, whether a therapist of color or includes faith principles within their sessions. Lately, BetterHelp has also offered group sessions, which are wonderful for anyone who desires a personal connection with others and to receive treatment from their therapist. I would recommend BetterHelp services to others.

I have signed up to better help as I am not feeling very good within myself. However since signing up I have never actually progressed with any therapy as taking that step feels like a lot. However I have been getting emailed a lot from better help with pushy offers for discount and being told that it's the "last chance" "this ends today" which i just find awfully pushy and pressured for a company that is supposed to be helping. Just makes you realise that everything is about money and they don't actually care about you or your experience at all.

The company follows up with its clients and ensures that their needs are met. Feedback is atwo-way street and I never feel forgotten. Whenever I have a concern, BetterHelp makes sure that all issues are resolved to my satisfaction.
