Love everything about BetterHelp!!

BetterHelp has been such a great tool. I've found it very easy to find and schedule therapists to meet with. I'm a busy working mom so I love that it offers options to do therapy over the phone or video chat so I don't have to find a babysitter while I go. I like the chat options which my therapist has used to send me worksheets or helpful exercises and articles (I especially like the worksheets, as they help me focus) and I love the journal. Writing has always been a great way to help me organize my thoughts, and having the option to share it with my therapist (but also having the option to keep it private if I want to) is wonderful. The group sessions are really cool - I work overnights and one night when I was really struggling, I was able to hop onto a group session at 4am that really helped settle and center me. Overall, Betterhelp is very user-friendly and it has a plethora of helpful tools. Therapy has expanded so much with technology and is more accessible than ever!

Finding my therapist on BetterHelp was fast and easy. I absolutely adore the therapist they matched me with and enjoy my sessions immensely. They’ve helped me to calm down and organize, prioritize, reflect and work on things I can change. The amount of support you can get from the monthly membership is huge and their vast resources make self improvement a breeze.

I started using Betterhelp I’m January 2024. I got lead to them from a sponsored YouTube channel I watch from time to time and it was at an all time low for my marriage. It has been wonderful. It really was very simple to get set up. They matched me with an amazing therapist who has values in line with mine and understands why I wouldn’t want to just take the easy way out of a marriage. She also understands and has a lot of experience with a strong background of mine with the foster care system which is a detail I never would have been able to find out on my own, looking into any other local therapy practice. Also, being able to use my HSA to cover the very reasonable cost has prevented therapy from becoming a financial burden or putting additional strain on my marriage. Betterhelp has made therapy easy and easy to schedule due to a very busy schedule with work, family, civic responsibilities etc. I would recommend Betterhelp to anyone who needs a professional outside resource to handle the struggles of life.

Has I type I’m very new to BetterHelp I have heard about it and now I’m part of the team taking with my therapist was like talking to your favorite family member, friend or colleague it like a home away from home and I also hand group session with wonderful individuals we laughed, we agreed and we only spoke on things we related to and the people that didn’t took notes or found something in similar group session was like all your family and friends gathered as one

Betterhelp’s app is the best app I have EVER used for any service…easy to use and intuitive (rare). Also very easy to get support! I easily found a therapist through their presentation of options and an very happy with the support I receive!
