Therapists acted very unprofessionally.

I had 1 call with a therapist. The first call was fine . Booked further appointments, but the therapist had technical issues. We postponed. I was charged for 4 calls a tot of gbp 120. Only 1 took place. I have asked for a refund. Today I had a call appointment and the line was bad again so we couldn’t have the call. The therapist was aware. I was charged gbp 15 for not attending! Absolutely dishonest.

BetterHelp is a very convenient tool that helped me find a therapist I had seen years ago. The app has everything I need at my fingertips. When I send emails about billing questions, etc., BetterHelp responds quickly.

I have health insurance to see a provider but I pay the additional for BetterHelp for the convenience and access at my finger tips when I need to talk to someone. I see Sarah Maddox and she’s a gem! Literally helped me through a crazy transition and still helping me navigate it through. I like being able to text and the video calls work better for me than having to drive out to see someone. The investment is worth it
