So many therapist to choose from! The option to change if you don’t get the one that best fits is good to have. Being able to have a text, phone or video session is great!

Better Help is a good website. Pros are that it's easy to use, very convenient in that way. The matchmaking is exceptional. It took two attempts, but I found a wonderful therapist and I plan to keep in touch with her long term. Cons are that the subscription is expensive. I have a student discount and it still costs $80 a week. They also do not take insurance but offer additional financial aid which I have not tried yet. I hope this helps someone!

I have received therapy from Mary Clifford and she is a phenomenal therapist! She listens and acknowledges pains as well as provide guidance in the best direction for you to make your own decisions.
