You may find it frustratingly difficult to find a suitable therapist.
I paid quite a substantial fee up front on the understanding that it would be a straight forward process, i.e: I would match with a qualified therapist and then speak to them as and when I required, via text or voice note. Sadly, the therapist I was matched with didn't seem very keen to discuss what are admittedly complex issues and decided he couldn't work with me after less than five messages back and fourth? I attempted to find a new therapist and was rejected again, based on gender and age preferences I had input during the signing up process (which I assumed weren't binding). All the while, I was prompted to make appointments for video calls, which were I to miss one, would incur a penalty charge of £15. It was all incredibly frustrating and ultimately got me nowhere. As such I cancelled my subscription and terminated my account. You could argue that I made a rash decision but I would advise caution to anyone considering signing up for this service.
