I was contacted a day or 2 after I placed my order and asked if I wanted a refund because part of my order was out of stock for 1 to 2 weeks. I said no, I can wait. Now that it has been 2 weeks, still no word. I contacted them a few days ago for an update but got no response. Hopefully I will get an update or tracking number soon. Not a great first impression.

A friend from work let me try some of the pre-workout cherry limeade and I can honestly say that was the best lifting/working out I've ever done! Within an hour I went online and ordered a tub. I've tried many other brands, this one does what it says it does, plus barely any muscle fatigue the days following! I am multitude world karate champion and I use this product for lifting and training, I highly recommend this product !

It can take 2-5 business days for your delivery and shows it was delivered on that Friday. I think it seemed like a longer time because you placed it on Friday afternoon, after our last pick-up was. when I made my initial purchase, I got confirmation email of the purchase. It took a little over three days for someone to respond to my email when I requested for shipping information. Claudia Barrile, respended quickly. I received my purchased a few days after that. The experience wasnt bad, but Id prefer the shipping details be available faster.

I ordered protein from this company on August 19th. I was not told at the time that this protein was on back order, because if I had, I obviously would have ordered elsewhere so that I could have my product timely. Today is Aug 31st. Still no protein. Customer Service told me today that it hasn't even been shipped yet, but oh yes, it's definitely already been charged to my account. No product, ridiculous waiting time, and already charged to my account????? HORRIBLE SERVICE.
