First shipping took forever second when the items shipped I didn't get a email saying they did so no communicate whatsoever I had to email them to see if it shipped third I was told I was going to get a sample with my order and guess what I didn't get it terrible experience

We've ordered supplements the past couple of times from Best Price Nutrition. In my research, for what I order, I do get the best price. Shipping is reasonable and I always get my product within the week. I'll continue to order from BPN.

I ended up contacting customer service via email because I felt like the product too longer than it should have to process and get to my house. I bought it on 9/6, read that it usually ships out the next day. The product shipped out 9/9. (Excluding the fact I bought it on a Sunday and then Labor Day, it still took an additional day to go out). I got it 9/16 after I had to purchase a different protein to get us by. Customer service did get back to me saying they were within 5 days... before apologizing for my experience and offered samples to which I would have to request back, rather then just send them in good faith. Today is 10/9, I still haven't received anything even after I responded to the email NELLIE GONZALES sent. Bad experience. Time to reorder... Protein was good but I'll pass on reordering, plus eBay will have it comparable I'd not cheaper and will arrive faster.

My product arrived within a week. No problems. We will reorder soon.

I am gonna be honest and brief. This is the first time I use their website to buy fatburners, and they have a fairly cheap price compared by some other website that offer shipping to Australia. Their shipping price also reasonable for the normal one (USPS). The plus is they have an express delivery service for only some dollars more, and when I using that service (DHL or something), the item that I ordered delivered within the week, only take like 5 days. It is a very big plus for me that living in downunder. Will gladly use their service next time I buy any supplement.
